TUESDAY
AUGUST 4th
8 am - in meetings all morning...starving
12pm - egg white, and 10 raspberries, 3 chips from Miss Vickies chips bag, 12 nuts, 1 plum
12:30pm - WORK OUT at the gym at work- 30 mins on elliptical and weights
1:30pm - watermelon & cantaloupe

MONDAY
AUGUST 3rd
After reviewing my food log for one week I think I really need to get on the Paleo diet.
10am - 15 grapes
10:30 - 10 nuts (peanuts and almonds)
11 am - BAR METHOD class
1pm - 1 apple
3pm - Sabra Hummus with pretzel Crisps (230 cal.)
4:30pm - 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies
5:30pm - medium size salad with italian dressing and croutons
8pm - chewy chocolate chip granola bar
I need to go grocery shopping...

SATURDAY
August 1st
Today was a really bad food day...
10am - 1 banana
11am - chocolate chip granola bar
12 pm - 1 string cheese
1pm - homemade caesar salad with croutons
2 pm - 4 homemade chocolate cookies
8pm - WORKED OUT - eliptical for 30 mins and weights
1 full cantaloupe
handful of popcorn

FRIDAY
July 31st
8am - a little hungover and sluggish today
9am - 1 banana
11am - 1 string cheese
11:30am - 5 peanuts, 15 grapes
1pm - veggie falafel wrap
4pm - 1 egg white
4:30 - pecans..with a really small piece of pecan pie
5pm - 10 more grapes
7pm - 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies
9pm - dinner with friends at Tsunami... 5 or 6 pieces of sushi and one glass of Riesling

THURSDAY
July 30th
8 am - 1 banana
8:45 am - 25 grapes
11 am - 1 Kraft String Cheese - Mozzarella
12 pm - In a meeting.. lunch catered by Specialties... tuna sandwhich and a Specialties cookie :O
5 pm - heading to happy hour at the new OSHA lounge... i will have only one drink - COSMO
7 pm - dinner with vendors at WATERBAR... what should i order? OK we all shared and I ate and drank way too much, here goes:
grilled mediterranean octopus appetizer
fried green tomatoes appetizer
watermelon salad appetizer
wood oven roasted halibut entree.. also had a bite of the cod and seabass entrees
3 glasses of wine
a small bit of the german chocolate bombe dessert
this is terrible i know... i will eat better tomorrow

WEDNESDAY
July 29th
11 am - 1 banana
11:30 am - 15 nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews)
1 pm - Vendors taking us to Maya for lunch... probably get some fish - okay the dish I got had..3 mini lobster tacos, 1 side salad and I had 1 coca cola classic and some tortilla chips & avocado dip
5 pm - 1 egg white
5:30 pm - CROSS FIT
9 pm - 1 Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bar (100 cal)
10 pm - small caesar salad & croutons

I am officially starting my cross fit food log!
1 banana
20 rasberries
1 plum
15 nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts)
small salad (iceberg lettuce, carrots, italian dressing)
1 mozarella string cheese
-------------------------------------------------------------------- this was all before 1:30pm
1 egg white
25 grapes
And now I am heading to dinner... Indian food with my boss. I will try to keep the naan and rice to a minimum.......... um yeah that didn't really work out .

some prawn curry
