Dinner: Buffalo patty with broccoli and cauliflower

Snack: Almonds
Lunch: Turkey breast with cucumber and tomoatoes. Diet coke
Snack: Asian pear, lara bar and almonds
Dinner: Pork chop, broccoli and strawberries
Dessert: Jicama and cashews

Lunch: SPinach salad with veggies and chicken breast. Apple
Snack: Luna Protein bar
Dinner: Platano enchilada with cashew cheese and mole sauce, corn tortilla (Gracias Madres). Tortilla with guacamole. Glass of red wine and glas of madarin juice
Dessert: Red grapes
