Snack: Apple
Lunch: Chicken breast and cucumber tomato salad
Snack: Cashews, lara bar and dried pear slices
Dinner: Spinach salad with veggies and ground turkey breast
Dessert: Strawberries and grapes

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (no dairy) and luna bar
Lunch: Salad with veggies. Dried cherries
Snack: Luna protein bar and an apple
Dinner: Chicken breast and cucumber and tomatoes. 2 mandarins

Feb. 22nd:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites with spinach
Snack: Lara bar and apple
Lunch: Pastrami sandwich at Java Beach Cafe
Snack: Cashews
Dinner: 1/4lb beef patty with grilled zucchini
Dessert: 2 mandarins
Still pretty sick so not very strict on my paleo diet today...
