Lunch: Italian sandwich on french roll (Ike's Place)

Snacks: 1/2 bag popcorn with butter
1/2 small mocha
1 creamsickle

Lunch: Romaine lettuce salad with veggies and grilled chicken

Snack: 1 peach

Snack: 1 banana

Dinner: Steak with heirloom tomatoe salad. 5 pieces of sliced carrots cooked in butter

Dessert: 2 slices of cantaloupe

2 slices cantaloupe

Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken, cucumber, carrots, olives and tomatoes
1 peach

Snack: Slami sitck, peach and 15 peanuts

Dinner: 1 1/2 chicken sausage links
1 carrot, grapes and peanuts

First day complete on the Paleo diet!!

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 slices of cantaloupe

Snack: 1 peach

Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken, sesame seeds, cucumber, carrots, onion, tomato and lemon vinagarette dressing.

Snack: 1 peach and 10 peantuts

Dinner: 2 sausage links, sauteed zucchini with olive oil

Dessert: 1/3 of an orange and red grapes
