7:00am coffee w/2%, Emergen-C 9:45am 1/2 cup oatmeal w/brown sugar, 11:45am cornmuffin w/ham&cheese;, coffee w/2%, 5:00pm 8oz pork roast w/6 steamed fingerling potatoes, 2 glass red wine, 8:30 1/2 cup oatmeal w/brown sugar

Saturday 8/1/09 Day 2
7:00 coffee w/2%, Emergen-C, 8:15a.m. Protein shake, 9:00am toasted buttered roll, 11:00a.m. 10 almonds, 12:30pm 8oz roast pork w/6 steamed potatoes, 3:00pm. 20 almonds, 6:00pm bean shoup with cheese roll, 2 glass red wine, 8:00pm 1/4 cantelope 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 tblsp mayo

Sunday 8/2/09 Day 3
8:00am coffee w/2%, Emregen-C, 1/4 cantelope w/blueberries, 10:30 Protein Shake, 12:30 Chicken teriyaki w/rice, 4:45pm 12 almonds, 5:45pm 2 shrimp springrolls, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cantelope w/1tblspn mayo 1/2 glass white wine
Workout: Treadmill-10min inlcine walk-10min 2.6mph, Bike-10 min 2.0miles, Stairs-10min 20 floors
Monday 8/3/09 Day 4
7:00 coffee w/2%, Emergen-c, protein shake, 10:30am 2 eggs, 1oz cheese, 1oz ham, 12:30pm chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat, 4:45pm 6 grapes, 12 almonds, 6:00 Thai chicken w/peanut sauce, rice, 1 glass red wine.
Workout: Bike-10min 2.75miles, row-10min 1950 meters, stairs-10min 28 floors, HPC-4 min 2 x 12
Tuesday 8/4/09 Day 5
6:30am coffee w/2%, Emergen-c, protein Shake, 8:30am 1/2 bran muffin, 10:30 a.m 1 english muffin, 1 poached egg, 1/2oz chees, 1 sausage patty, coffee W/2%, 1:00pm chicken salad over raw spinach w/red pepper and cucumber, 2 tblsn french dressing 6:00pm, wine & cheese reception, 4 glasses red wine, cheese, bread
Workout: 7 min up Greenwich stairs to top Coit Tower, 7.5 min around Coit Tower down Greenwich Stairs
Wednesday 8/5/09 Day 6
7:00a.m. coffee w/2%, Emergen-c, Egg McMuffin, 12:20pm Chili w/cornbread, 6:00pm 3 egg omelet w/cheese and ham, cantelope

7:30 a.m. coffe w/2%, Emergen-C, 8:30a.m. 1/2 blueberry muffin, 12:30pm Thai Curry soup w/cornbread, 5:30 2 shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce, ceasar salad with chicken, 1/2 cantelope, 2 glass white wine.
