half mile indian run, pretty mellow warm up
TABATA Sit ups- always a treat
then it got bad
3 rounds of 5 stations, 1 minute on each station, 1 minute rest in between each round
1= Row for Calories
2= Box Jumps
3= Burpees
4= Jumping Squats
5= Medicine Ball squat throws (these were brutal)
