yogurt granola bar

propel fitness water post workout

Meal 2
blueberry protein drink- milk, yogurt, flaxseed oil, protein powder, blueberries

Meal 3
zone bar
1 cup strawberries

Meal 4
left over indian food from the other night- 3 oz chicken, 1/4 c basmati rice, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans

likely to be MANY cocktails of different sorts consumed later this evening.....too many to remember tomorrow red face

Meal 1
Protein drink- milk,yogurt, flaxseed oil, protein powder, frozen fruit

Meal 2
1 c strawberries, 100 cal snack pack goldfish, 1 string cheese, 2 bites lf cottage cheese

1 glass white wine

Meal 3
seaweed salad, miso soup, 2 pieces sashimi, 3 pieces rainbow roll, bite of rice

Meal 1
protein drink- milk, yogurt, flaxseed oil, frozen fruit, protein powder

Meal 2
1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese, 1/4 avocado, 1 tomato, little olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Meal 3
indian food- 3.5 oz chicken tikka (grilled not the cream based kind), 1/3 c chana masala (garbanzo beans and tomatoes), steamed asparagus, 1/4 cup basmati rice YUM!!
1.25 L crystal geyser sparkling water

1 cup chinese chicken pasta salad (totally NOT that healthy but my mom made it and it was soooo yummy!)

Meal 4
4 barnum animal crackers
tbs raisins

Meal 5
1/2 ceasar salad double chicken
750 ml pellegrino water
8 barnum animal crackers.... STARVING and wanted the whole box but managed some restraint

more water throughout the day.....not sure exactly how much i am drinking?? should probably be more...
