Meal 1-730
Smoothie: 1 cup almond milk, 1 small scoop protein pwdr, 1 cup strawberries

Meal 2- 2:30
~4.5 oz turkey
1/3 cup almonds and cashews

Meal 3- 830
3.5 oz of chicken
~3 cups of arugula and cauliflower

Started reading Robb Wolf's new paleo book (http://www.borders.com/online/store/TitleDetail?sku=0982565844). Timing couldn't be better cause it is providing me with many great reminders of how grains and dairy and sugars are essentially like a slow acting poison. My goal is to go high fat, low carb in the hopes getting back into gear. Goal is 10 blocks of protein, 5 of carbs, and 45 of fats for a total daily calorie intake of just over 1000 calories. When I get to my desired leaness I will up the calories to a maintenance level. Plan is 1 block of carbs in the morning, and none again till dinner where I will load up on leafy greens, broccoli etc.

Interestingly enough, eating higher fats and low carbs really does change my hunger patterns. My second meal today was very satisfying and I didn't feel starving a few hours after eating like I have when I have stuck with 5, 2 block zone meals over a day.

Can't remember what I ate on 9/16 although it was within reason. 9/17 began a weekend of bday celebrations which consisted of WAAAAAAY to much indulgences. Time to reel it in. NO excuses, 2 weeks strict weighing and measuring, no cheating and no drinking.

I need to detox for sure...starting with a 24 IF today to reset everything....

9/2

Meal 1- 715
handful of almonds
1 corn tortilla with 2 oz chicken and cauliflower rice mix
couple strawberries

DYING for a cookie right now. it is taking everything i have in me not to go over to specialties...

Meal 2-12:30
1 tortilla with 1 cup of meat and cauliflower mix
2 tbls avocado

Snack: 3
2 cups strawberries

Meal 4: 9
kale chips
2.5 oz pork
arugula
tomatoes, onions, mushrooms
2 glasses red wine

I have gotten away from weighing and measuring everything, partly for the sake of my sanity. It gets fairly neurotic and exhausting. Focusing on paleo, and healthy food choices, and moderate portions. The cravings for cookies are killing me. I even dreamt about cookies last night, LMFAO!!
