WALKED TO GYM TODAY TO MEET WITH TRAINER ABOUT 1 MILE
WE DID ABS, LATS, HAMSTRINGS. MOSTLY FOCUSING ON BUILDING THE UPPER BODY FOR THE V TAPER FOR MY COMPETITION ON OCTOBER 10TH. I NEED TO BUILD OUT MY LATS AND TAPER MY WAIST A BIT MORE. I ALSO NEED A BIT MORE QUADS, GLUTES AND HAMS.

I ALSO DID 20 MINUTES OF SPRINTS ON THE TREADMILL- 1 MINUTE ON, 1 MINUTE OFF

THEN WALKED BACK FROM GYM TO BART.

I AM TIRED TODAY!!

Full Body weight workout today. 45 lb bar, 20 lb db for shoulders, 15 lbs for biceps.
hams, glutes, shoulders, biceps, a tiny bit of abs, body weight push ups, plated plank for 1 minute
jump rope for 1 minute between circuits.

time was short today, only had 45 minutes to fit it all in.
