ok, not solidified, but i'm feeling motivated to get something up...
fuzzy goal:
solid first half ironman in spring 2010. looking at oceanside, new orleans or wildflower.
measurable goals:
1. either pull-up or handstand related. i need to try both of these again next week for a baseline.
2. <8min/mile avg for kaiser half marathon. i did 7:47 in 2008, pre-injury. getting speed back is a challenge. feb 7, 2010.
how am i going to get there?

get stronger (CF), train through the winter, ride more frequently with people who are faster than me, lose weight so i have less to carry up the hills... which probably means actually logging what i eat. ugh.

practice. and swim.

resume stretching after every run so i don't get injured again, run through the winter & holidays
