3:05 deli turkey, apples, cashews

7:45 minestrone soup, spinach salad w/chicken, pears, cheese, walnuts (no dressing)

Plenty of H20, although I wasn't keeping track.

6:00 milk&cheerios;8:00 chicken, bean & vegetable soup, cashews

11:30 broccoli, chicken, cashews

1:35 chicken breast, salad w/strawberries, almonds, grapefruit

3:00 fro-yo, grapes

6:30 salmon, salad, cashews, cake (f*cking delicious cake, I must say)

10:30 egg whites, strawberries, peanut butter

NEED MORE VEGGIES! Got plenty of H2O, though.

11:15 tofu burgers (no bun), spinach salad w/strawberries and apple, almonds

2:00 turkey burger, peach, snap peas

3:35 granola w/skim milk

7:30 chicken breast, green beans, apple, cashews

10:15 shake (powder, mik, banana)

Got plenty of water, wasn't keeping exact track.

4:00 shake (milk, powder, blackberries, banana), cashews

7:00 brown rice, vegetables, turkey, olives

8:45 apple, cheese, broccoli, almonds

One gallon h20. NEED MORE VEGGIES!!!

7:10 turkey burger (no bun), swiss chard, grapefruit, almonds

8:35 apple

9:40 egg whites, bean & vegetable soup, broccoli

Got in a gallon today. Plenty of veggies, too. Good.

5:30 protein shake, peach, grapefruit

8:00 pizza & assorted junk food

Moral: staying the night at friend's houses is not so good for me. Plus side: got in plenty of water.

1:30 lentil soup, chicken breast, green salad w/strawberries

3:00 (pre-WOD) almonds, grapefruit

5:20 apple, spinach, protein bar

6:10 tuna casserole

8:15 milk, blueberries, walnuts, protein powder

10:20 bean soup, cheese

11:30 broccoli

Got in a gallon of water and plrenty of veggies. Although I also managed to "get in" all kinds of unnecessary crap. Oh well, back to work on Sunday!

12:35 ground turkey burger (no bun), snap peas, grapefruit, walnuts

2:30 apple, 1/2 turkey burger

5:30 bean soup, orange, 2 oz cheese

7:20 apple

8:15 chicken breast, swiss chard, whole brown rice

10:15 apple, almonds, four egg whites

Got in 1 gal. of water today. Need more veggies!!

7:10 (pre-WOD) almonds, banana, apple

9:15 (post-WOD) grapefruit, three egg whites

11:10 protien bar, small green salad

2:05 shake (blackberries, protein powder, hazelnuts). This was my first attempt at a homemade protein shake, and I have to say, it was only barely palatable. Had to pinch my nose. Better luck next time.

4:10 whole wheat penne w/ pesto, two egg whites, piece of orange, a few almonds

5:40 apple

6:30 spiced pinto beans

7:45 tuna noodle casserole (whole wheat noodles, tuna, peas), broccoli, one egg white

10:00 vegetable and pinto bean soup (this stuff is fucking delicious, I may just pass the recipe around)

10:30 1% milk w/ protien powder (rice protein)

Got in a gallon of water today. Go me.

(9:15, post-WOD) 3 egg whites

(10:50) Grapes & bean soup

(12:00) Small piece of cheese, apple

(2:30) oatmeal w/ 1% milk, raw snap peas

(4:40) tofu, large spinach salad w/ strawberries

(7:15) whole wheat pasta w/ pesto, 3 egg whites

(9:30) Apple, almonds

Total Water Consumption: 1 gallon, give or take a few ounces
