Originally this was my rest day, but I decided to do push-ups. While at work I did set of 20 push-ups every hr from 8am to 2pm. Total 6 sets of 20 = 120 push-ups

1 Round for Time : 17:45
100 push-ups *
100 sit-ups
100 squats
* Did 75 of the push-ups from my toes, the other 25 on my knees.
