"Cindy" AMRAP 20 minutes of 10 jumping pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats
15 1/3 rounds
Did 8 rounds the first 10 min with no prob, pushed myself to try to do the same the second ten. Just a little short.

10 situps every 30 seconds for 5 min
45 min jumprope
Eventually I will be able to jump 45 min non-stop, today I came up short.
