lunch - shrimp cocktail
1/2 cup shrimp
celery, tomato, onion, cilantro
chips
Dinner - 6oz lamb
veggies (onion, green & red bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini
1 bowl hot & sour soup

1 cup orange juice
*switched from pork
Lunch - 2oz steak
4oz chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes
spinach salad w/ broccoli, bell pepper & 2 tbs of thousand island dressing.
Asian pear
Dinner- 5oz steak
veggies - zucchini, bell peppers, onions

spinach & lettuce salad w/ pear,broccoli & 2 tbs thousand island dressing
Dinner - 5oz steak
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
spinach salad w/ bell pepper, broccoli & balsamic dressing
snack - small Mexican bread (I couldn't say no, it's been a while), chips & salsa (a few, I was craving them)

tbs ceasar dressing
Dinner - 2 pizza slices
spinach salad w/ pear,orange & Asian dressing
Snacks - 1/4 cup almonds,apple, pomegranite w/ lime & orange

* no more potatoes for breakfast.
Lunch - Salad
5oz beef
spinach
lettuce
bell peppers
grilled onions
2 tbs thousand island dressing
Dinner - 5oz steak
1 cup broccoli
spinach salad w/ kiwi,grapes,apple & 1 tbs Italian dressing.
Snacks - orange,1/4 cup almonds
* kiwi makes salad taste better.

1 cup veggies (tomato,cabbage,onion)
Dinner - 5oz steak w/ onions & mushrooms
1 cup asparagus
Medium spinach & lettuce salad w/ kiwi,tomato & vinegrette dressing
1/2 avocado
Snack - pomegranite w/ lime & tapatio (good, yummy)
Grapes
I plan to eliminate some of these foods, baby steps. Haha!
