Recovery shake with banana and coconut milk
1 hard boiled egg

Snack (11:00am)
Banana

Lunch (12:30pm)
Spinach with one avocado and one pear
2.5oz of tuna
Almonds ˝ cup
Lightly covered with fat free dressing

Snack 2:00pm
Fruit cup

Dinner (5:00pm)
Two slices of my mother n laws homemade pizza
Spinach and one pear and ˝ of grapes
Lightly covered with fat free dressing

Snack (8:00pm)
Pomegranate with lime and light salt
4 mini rice cakes

Mixed veggies (carrots, broccoli, Zucchini)
Teaspoon of gravy –dipped turkey
Small corn bread

Dinner
Steak 3oz with onions, mushrooms, and avocado
Spanish salad with grapes, tomatoes, and half of a kiwi
Asparagus

Snack
Cheese-its (maybe to many...lol)
5- almonds
