10 situps every 30 seconds for 5 minutes= 100 situps, then 45 minutes of jumprope.
I got frustrated with jump rope because I’m not good at it. At one point (36 minutes into it I just jumped and made the arm motion). Although I was frustrated, I still felt that I had a great work out this morning.
At 6p.m I had soccer practice
