5 rounds (3min rest btwn rounds):
20 pull ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats

4 rounds --> 28:17 (had to be somewhere at 230) ducked out at 2:10 after finishign the 4th round

definitely could have done 5, lost momentum after ripping open left hand though
