Little late to the party...have been doing Crossfit for about 5 weeks.

Today's workout:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
20 lunges
X3

tabata squats
farmers walk
tabata squats
medicine ball overhead walk

WOD (w/ 2 teammates)

1500meter row
75 burpees
400mm run
100 sumo high pulls
400mm run
150 jumping pullups
1500 meter row

Time: 30:35ish

Work on strength training and core work
