Want to get in a solid workout Thursday morning before stuffing yourself with turkey? Me too! Join me at 10:00am at the Lyon Street Steps for stair-filled workout. I’m planning on doing something like:
As many rounds in one hour:
- 1 set of stairs (~300 stairs)
- 15 declined push ups
- 25 abmat sit ups
- 15 bench dips
- 10 strict form pull ups
This is great training if you’re thinking about running the stairs next March.
