missed a workout we did 100 pull ups, push ups sit ups and squats i think I was like 37-38 minutes
today was 12 min.
3 DB Hang Power Cleans, 3 DB Front Squat, 3 DB Push Press did it with 25 pound got 15 rounds in.
We did some bench presses before but I forgot what my time was i'll have to write it down next time.
First day at LF yesterday(Dec 4th 09), and what a day it was. Our wod of the day was murph, and to be blunt I got my ass handed to me. Had to take a break about half way through(I thought I was gona blow chunks) but I asked my grandfather for some strength and received it. The workout was:Run one mile, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and finish with a mile. I did the workout rx and finished with a time of 78:30. And I couldn't be happier, thank you so much to Chris, Maribel, and kim, also the other class that came in while I was still working out.
