We max'd out today I cleaned 155, benched 175, and my ohs was 135 I believe may have been 125.

Did it with 20's got a time of 9:19, feeling a little out of shape from the holidays but I really want to get back in the game.

missed a workout we did 100 pull ups, push ups sit ups and squats i think I was like 37-38 minutes

today was 12 min.
3 DB Hang Power Cleans, 3 DB Front Squat, 3 DB Push Press did it with 25 pound got 15 rounds in.
We did some bench presses before but I forgot what my time was i'll have to write it down next time.

Second workout at LF and still loving it.
I think it was 3, 3 , 3, 3, 3 box squats increasing in weight each rep, had so much fun with that one.

Then five rounds for time of

250 meter row

15 over head squats. correct me if i'm wrong

I think I went a little overboard on weight at first with the squats, so I just stuck with the bar and tried to finish strong. Time was 18:57

First day at LF yesterday(Dec 4th 09), and what a day it was. Our wod of the day was murph, and to be blunt I got my ass handed to me. Had to take a break about half way through(I thought I was gona blow chunks) but I asked my grandfather for some strength and received it. The workout was:Run one mile, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and finish with a mile. I did the workout rx and finished with a time of 78:30. And I couldn't be happier, thank you so much to Chris, Maribel, and kim, also the other class that came in while I was still working out.
