Breakfast:
Banana
Mixed fruit bowl
Hard boiled egg.
I am back at work today for the first time since the baby arrived...this is going to be a long day!
I weighed myself last night: 222lbs. I lost about 10 pounds this 30 day period which was my goal. Booya!
As a side note, the board shorts I wore at the pool this weekend in Las Vegas were too big for me, it will be exciting to see the measurements tonight.
Lunch:
1/2 rotisserie chicken with broccoli and asparagus.
Weighed myself after I got home from the gym where the pictures were taken: 220lbs.
Dinner:
Wild caught salmon, baked with mushrooms and asparagus.
My wife cooked dinner tonight. That's amazing in several ways: 1) She never cooks 2) she cooked paleo without me knowing and telling her to or how.

Posting this from Vegas, just came home its 5:48 in the morning. Managed to eat all paleo this weekend here, but I did drink alcohol.

Shrimp + pineapple. Not really a dish, but with enough hot sauce shrimp can do well on their own!

Ate so much protein for breakfast, just had a plate of mixed fruit for lunch:
1 apple

2 kiwis

Steak w/ salad (greens, tomato, carrots)
Watermelon for dessert.

Salad with all kinds of goodies.
Lettuce, Pineapple, Raisins, Olives, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Cashews, Tomato and 1 chicken breast.
