Ok, my goals for 2010:

1. Run at least 1 (hopefully 2) full marathons.
Haven't done a full marathon in 17 years, and longest distance in the past year was a half marathon.

2. Get my long distance pace down from ~10min/mile to 8-9min/mile
May have already accomplished this, and will update goals based on my results from the KP half in Feb.

3. Pullups:
* 100 in under 10 minutes
* 20 consecutive dead hang
* 30 consecutive kipping
Currently, can do about 60 in ten minutes, 8 consecutive dead hang, and can't really string together kips yet.

4. Resolve the problem with my left butt (Dr. Dan Lord knows what I'm talking about)
(Wow, there's no way to make that not sound bad... sorry for dragging you down with me Dan!)

5. Body Composition: on 1/16, I have 32lbs of fat, which was about 17% of my weight, and put me in the 60% percentile for my age group. Goal: reach the 90% percentile, which is about 11%. So, assuming I add no muscle, that would translate to losing 13lbs of fat. So, that's the goal: lose 13lbs of fat.

6. Free standing handstand!
Can only do them against the wall right now.

7. Do WODs at Rx, with competitive times/amraps.
Right now I still have to scale for lots of WODs, or take entirely too long. I'm over it.
