14.5 hr IF
9:00am: 16oz NF Latte
10:45am: banana with almond butter
2:30pm: chicken, 1/2 small avocado, raw red pepper, raw mushrooms, small helping of black bean, corn, onion salad
There is a HUGE delicious cupcake sitting on my desk that someone forced me to take and it's just been staring at me. It's one of those super delicious cream cheese icing with chocolate filling specialty cupcakes. I finally had to put it in the drawer because I can't seem to pawn it off on anyone and I can't have it staring at me anymore or I'm most certainly going to cave! Trying to stay strong ... trying to stay strong.

12 hour fast - I'm going TRY to do IF but I'm not so sure I can make it work in my lifestyle right now (won't be easy) but I'm going to try and also assess how it makes me feel.
6:00am - Gym (32 oz H2O)
8:00am - 1/2 purefit bar
9:00am - 16 oz. NF latte
1:15pm - salad - butter lettuce, edamame, mango, black beans, onion, chicken, avocado, pistachios, almonds
6:00pm - chicken breast, steamed spinach, a few other veggies, hummus and 2 small pieces of pita
Drank another 30 - 40 oz of H2O today.

10:00am 16oz non-fat latte
3:00pm 1/2 chicken breast, broccoli w/ cashews & onions
4:00pm 2 small tangerines
6:30pm 1/2 chicken breast, broccoli w/ cashews & onions, 10 unsalted pistachios
7:00pm 1 small tangerine
Really bad on the H2O ... always have been. It needs to be my #1 focus for awhile until I can get into the routine of drinking it all the time.

6:00am 1/4 purefit bar post-workout
9:30am 2 organic hard-boiled egg whites
12:00pm Cobb salad (chicken, egg, bacon, avocado, tomatoes)
5:00pm 2 organic hard-boiled egg whites
1/2 organic peach
6:00pm 3/4 purefit bar
9:00pm 10 sugar snap pea pods
9:30pm veggie tenders, mushrooms, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, pomegranate seeds
4 figs, 2 dates
So I'm going to try to cut down on my food portions. I got my measurements today and although I'm not terribly unhappy, I did go up in my body fat % which I didn't like. I have known for awhile that my portion sizes are too big but have just been too lazy to weigh my food or pay attention so it's time to get in gear!
