1/2 c. protein shake... I tried to drink the whole cup but had a hard time getting it down. I'm trying a new brand & flavor this time and hoping I get "used to" the taste. That does happen, right?? smile I sure hope so. I bought an organic protein powder because along with choosing healthy food to eat I feel like organic is also important in keeping my body clean. I definitely don't do it with everything I eat but as much as I can I do.

mediterranean dinner with the bro - indulged
red pepper walnut spread w/ pita
sardines
spinach, pine nuts, feta cheese in filo dough
lamb wrapped in some type of thing pita w/ yogurt and tomato sauce
glass of wine

Not a good day in terms of eating ... was either starving or full throughout the day. I don't mind indulging now and again as I'm a "foodie" (although trying to temper it lately) but I didn't like the feeling of being so hungry and then so full.

... loved my breakfast - wish I had time to do this everyday!

1 organic donut peach (yes these were quite yummy ... and small so I think I ate about 5 of them throughout the day)
1/2 chicken breast

3:30pm
1 string cheese

9:00pm
sushi
sake +a drink or "two" throughout the evening ... a few more then I should have and I'm paying for it today - note to self for next time smile

spinich salad w/ chicken breast, pears

I'm in day 7 of 10 of ALL day meetings where I'm stuck eating in a cafeteria and doing anything I can to stay focused. Not the best eating ever but have been bringing a lot of stuff with me so feel pretty good about it.
