In the past 2 weeks, the only cheating was a bit of bread at dinner on Saturday night. The sauce on the roasted calamari was too good to waste. Was in a nice place, so licking the plate clean was not an option.

Breakfast has consistently been: Lean ground beef patty, 3 eggs plus 3 egg whites.

Lunch and dinner- lots of fishes. Chilean Sea Bass is now off of dangered list!!! Chilean Sea Bass in now available!!

Vegetables have been cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, baby boc choy, sweet pepers. and raw spinach.

Have stayed away from all soy products. Miss soy milk most.

Post work out shake- using ion exchanged soy protein with coconut milk. and water.

Only fruits have been green apples, and only once or twice a day.

No booze. I miss wine at night.

Follow Superbowl with Mardi Gras. Always reasons to cheat.
Have stuck to lots of lean beef, chicken and vegetables.
Had a few burritos, orders of Chinese food, and a glass of wine or two.
But, no more cheating.

After Superbowl cheating on Sunday, returned to Paleo routine.
This week has been lots of fish:
Broiled salmon with horseradish glaze, seared tuna, pan roasted halibut.
Veggies:
Steamed baby boc-choy, puree of roasted Brussels sprouts and asparagus, steamed spinach, avocado.
Eggs:
Lots of eggs.

Broiled Pork loin, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lots of olive oil

Third:
Pork curry, steamed spinach

Fourth:
Repeat of second

Fifth:
Shake with raw spinach.

Raw nut mixture, scrambled eggs (4)?

Second:
Post workout shake -whey protein, coconut milk and, I know this sounds gross, BUT: my vanilla protein and coconut milk can be kinda sweet, so I added two hand fulls of raw baby spinach. It's not bad.

Third:
Horseradish glazed sea bass with steamed spinach

Fourth:
Lamb chops, more spinach

Post workout shake of protein powder and coconut milk

AM snack
Blueberries with a hand full of raw nut mixture (hazel, brazil, almonds, pine, sf seeds, pumpkin seeds-all raw no salt)
Juice (cucumber, honeydew, parsley, ginger, jalapeno)

Lunch
Salmon
Salad of fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes, olive oil

Dinner
Salmon, kale

Snacked on raw nuts throughout afternoon

Did a one day fast with Lemon cayenne pepper, and salt water cleans. At the 24 hour mark, I had a piece of broiled salmon and blueberries.
I'll try my best to accurately log my foods.
