3/23 tues
bk:
some grapes
a small glass of odwalla superfood
4 egg (3 yolk) fritata with eggplant/chix stew stuff from the other night.
lunch:
Portico: 2 tilapia filets and some assorted raw vegies, a little balsamic vin dressing.
Snacks:
dried fruit and nuts
2-3 oz of turkey jerkey
Dinner:
a big bowl of my eggplant chix stew from Sunday. Same thing I misxed in my eggs this morning!
I am officially hungry from something sweet and looking online for some kind of paleo dessert . . .
So I blended up a banana and 6 frozen strawberries. Very hard in the blender! Kind of chopped them up a bit. I suppose I could have softened them in the microwave. I added about 6 walnut halves chopped up and had a very delicious sweet tooth satisfying dessert. hmmmmmmm

BK:
4 egg scram (1 yolk only) with southern greens vegetable dish left over from the other night.
Orange
glass of odwalla superfood
lunch:
lees deli: steamed fish, shrimp and some chicken, a couple of big strawberries, some assorted vegies
snack:
some nuts and dried fruit
dinner:
- left over butternut squash and pineapple and coconut milk soup
- even more soup: I found a brocoli paleo soup recipe and used up my dying large bag that I bought at costco. garlic and onion sauteed and then brocoli and chicken stock boiled for a while in the mix. blend and serve. It was really pretty good but a little salty as I added too much (very non paleo) powdered chicken broth mix.
- some left over asparagus and brussel sprouts
- 3 chicken tenders.
snack:
some cashews and an orange.

3/8 mon
bk: smoothie with tropical fruits and protein powder and whole flax seeds.
Lunch: Amber Indian buffet. tandoori chicken and some fish, some fruit, a very little of the spinich/aloo stuff, a bite of nan bread. one small piece of the "butter" chicken which looks a lot like chicken tikka masala everywhere else. a big helping of the seasoned mushrooms.
Dinner: left over pork with applesauce and raisins; asparagus baked and brushed with olive oil and creole seasoning.
Snacks: lots of nuts. too many I am sure. I bought such a massive amount at costco. Now the proximity is leading to overindulgence. same used to happen with cocaine.
