Slowly easing into Paleo by easing out the "bad" foods

Whey 2 scoops (planning on trying egg once I finish this tub)
Half cup water
Half cup nonfat milk (will ease this out slowly)
1 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
Handful frozen blueberries
