3egg, spinach, salsa omelette, little bit of coffee
went through the last 3 bisonpaks, looks like they passed their exp. date. ate some of the fruit out of em and tossed em.

leftover chicken breast, some salsa
various meats pulled from lunch sandwiches, lettuce tomato, 2 strawberries and an orange slice
1/2 bisonpak until i found some of the bison was moldy
chicken, guac, tomato salad with a little balsamic
a ton of baked chili cauliflower stuff

sleep: 4 hours - frackin drank a huge cup of mud at 5pm without realizing. couldn't sleep at all.

1200pm: handful of nuts and raisins
0145pm: bisonpak
0645pm: 2eggs scrambled with some baby spinach and turkey and salsa
0830pm: still super hungry, few more pieces of turkey and salsa as soup
