still eating everything in sight- whats up with that? at least no chocolate today
2 bananas
apple with almond butter and honey
2 fried eggs
grilled chicken- about 4/5 oz
grapes, almonds, dried mango, piece of turkey jerkey
thai food- green bean, chicken, brown rice

snacked all morning again- roasted cashews, sugared mangoes, turkey jerkey and apple, grapes
chicken and coleslaw for lunch
choc. too much of it!
I have totally fallen off my paleo wagon....

wanted to eat everything in sight today. sigh

rice crackers with a little almond butter hammer bar
2 tangerines
salad with about 2 oz roasted turkey
about 3 oz grilled salmon
handful roasted cashews
dried mango
ok, finally feeling better after another day of feeling nauseous. Got my appetite back!

watermelon
small piece leftover grilled salmon (about 3 oz)
rice crackers
3 cuties
chicken soup
apple
Think I'm getting my appetite back, as I actually felt hungry today. Didn't feel nauseous at all. Have lost about 5 pounds so far!!!!

smoothie with banana, frozen strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries and 1/2 scoop protein powder
a couple of rice crackers with almond butter (about 2 T)
plum, 3/4 of a small apple
piece of grilled salmon.
Not as nauseous today. Didnt have a problem with the salmon.Still no appetite though

still only fruit and rice and rice cakes. although I was able to put egg white protein with the fruit and have it as smoothie. Still no appetite. Still dont want to eat meat ever again. Im starting to look a bit emaciated.

food for day:
3 bananas
about 2 cups watermelon
plum
rice crackers
about 3/4 cup of brown rice
Had to eat something more than just fruit. Something mild. The thought of meat makes me ill. Didn't want to vomit after I ate it, so thats a good thing

Sick for the last 2 days. had some chicken soup this afternoon, and a couple bites of pineapple and watermelon. Mostly just been eating frozen strawberries since Monday. The thought of solid food is still pretty nauseating...

Eating everything in sight today. And its only 7 pm.
Not even going to list it all, b/c I really don't know. At least it was almost all paleo, the exception being multiple small handfuls of dark chocolate chips...

Monday:
3 egg omelete with spinach and onions, some fruit
grilled chicken salad with avocado, no dressing
got sick before the flight had some pepto
lara bar
apple
handful raisins and raw almonds
Tuesday
smoothie with oj, strawberries, mangos, 1/2 scoop eggwhite pdw
grilled chicken, handful of grapes
2 hardboiled eggs, but only 1 yolk
some baby carrots and radishes
a couple of small lettuce wraps with grilled chicken and a couple of cubes of grilled lamb

chicken satay, tiny bit of p-nut sauce
Gelato! Big cheat and it was fabulous!
