Meal 1 - coffee, banana
Meal 2a - 2 small deli sandwiches - ham/roast beef/ turkey on dinner rolls - chips & soda
Meal 2b - 2 small deli sandwiches - ham/roast beef/ turkey on dinner rolls - chips & soda
Meal 3 - 2 tacos
Meal 4 - chocolate mint ice cream
Drank no water throughout the day
Terrible day - had work offsite and just felt pissed off that I'm hurt and made it worse by eating like i didn't care - which I do.
Makes me more frustrated that I'm letting it beat me...fire is burning.

**Played soccer and sprained ankle pretty good - probably shelved a couple weeks from lifting and running but can still do abs and pull ups smile

Meal 3 - wife made a chicken salad - so doubled down on salad today. Really trasty

First food entry in over a year. Think this helps in being honest.
