More reasons to try IF…

Since I have been implementing more IF into my life lately I have been doing a lot of reading about it and have found some great stuff on Robb Wolfe's website. I thought that it might be helpful to those of you considering trying it yourself.

Make sure to read the information FIRST before attempting IF, since Robb clearly discusses the fact that there is an order of operation that must occur before implementing this kind of thing into your lifestyle...

Usually I know well, I am not hungry, and I am placing tons of muscles, but fat loss just does not happen. Pants are the same size or a little tight. A variable that can cause problems in recent times is that I switched my pill from one variety to another. It is only in the last three months, but I am sure that there is irrelevant. I don't know how people have success by simply changing blades, but I have been cycling for a year and simply does not happen!
