after being at lalanne fitness for a year now, i finally am making my first log.
today i was able to hit three new one rep maximums. back squat- #195, dead lift #220, and straight press #90. My total was 505. For my 20 rep back squat day one i did #115. i probably could have gone up, but i am having a slight issue with my left knee and dont want to push it.
i am proud of myself today- i love working out, being able to push through the workouts with every breath. i am strong, and i love the team of people who are behind me every step of the way.
that is a team that i truly love being a part of.
