1 hour Pilates Reformer Class
Wednesday 9/10
3.3 mile run - consisted of 5 minute warm-up and 25 minutes of interval running: 1 minute walk, 2 minutes run at 8.4 to 8.8 on the treadmill

20 push-ups on bosu ball

Thursday 9/11
0.5 mile warm-up run

15 squats with 45lbs. on each side of the bar
12 pushups and stomach pulls using the TRX ropes (legs are in ropes while doing push-ups and stomach pulls -

3x:
12 arm press/deadlift with 17.5lbs in each hand
25 sit-ups on ball
stretch
Heading back to the east coast tonight so I don't think I will be working out there.
