12 back-pulls - 70 lbs.
25 sit-ups
ran up and down stairs 3 times

Found this workout on the website and did it this morning since I was very unmotivated to go to the gym.

Blackjack:
20 sit-ups, 1 push-up
19 sit-ups, 2 push-ups, etc.
working to
1 sit-up, 20 push-ups

finished in ~22 minutes

5 min warm up on treadmill
20 mins interval training on treadmill - 1min off (level 4) 1 min (level 8.5 to 9)
5 min jog

1000m row
75 sit ups
750m row
50 sit ups
500m row
25 sit ups

stretch

forgot the part where I could fall asleep last night and am feeling a little odd from the lack of sleep

Perhaps I'll be better at updating this one:

warmup: jump rope (yes i could actually do one of those double ones - i was surprised) situps, good mornings & squats (3 x 10 each)

WOD - 8:29

7x
10 sumo deadlifts
10 pushups with rings
