snacks: omega trail mix and apple

Dinner: mashed garlic broccoli, cauliflower and spinach, chicken

snack: dried fruit, peaches with slivered almonds

green tea and 52 oz H2O

Breakfast: Creamed garlic broccoli and cauliflower with flax oil, walnuts, avocado and a poached egg

Lunch: salad, turkey burger and a banana

Dinner: Rotisserie chicken and green beans, 2 glasses of wine (fat Tuesday)

1 cup coffee

Lunch: Spirulina protein shake

Dinner: salmon, carrots and small salad

snack: spirulina protein shake, chocolate almond milk

Lunch: turkey burger, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes and onions

Dinner: veggie soup

Lunch: Almond horn (yes this is a cookie but no grains only almond meal)

snack: protein shake x2

dinner: Fillet Mignon, grilled zucchini and eggplant, green salad and a glass of red wine

1 c coffee

Lunch: Grilled chix wrapped in lettuce cups with mayo

Dinner: Subway tuna salad

snacks: spirulina/banana shake, handful apricots, 2 omega 3 trail mix packs

54 oz H2O, two cups of coffee :-(
