Initially my injury had an estimated 4-6 weeks recovery time. Today I took my first class after just a little over 3 weeks of working exclusively with Dr. Lord. Dude is the man, thanks bro!

treatment with Dr. Lord. Looks like a sprained ACL, normally 4-6 weeks recovery. Going to see if I can knock a few weeks off that estimate!

warmed up with the axle; wow, amazing how that thing changes the mechanics of the entire movment. Worked up to a few singles at 295, then went back to a barbell because what I really need to work on is building my strength back up with proper technique.

this was humbling, and frustrating. failed the OHS twice in the first round at 185#. Dropped the weight to 165# and finished the OHS and 2 more rounds. Not too happy about it.

first 2 rounds DU unbroken. started off slow in the 2-for-1's but then found the rhythm. essentially a wall ball with a tabata pace squat in between.
Also moved 9,000 lbs of flooring with LaLanne. Functional fitness at its finest.
