Why did I gain 1/2 lb? Was good all week - did drink wine last night but ate healthy. Free night Saterday at Harris's. Worked out 2 times last week - going for three this week.

Morning- 2 eggs
Snack- 6 almonts
Lunch- chicken Ceaser or Paleo Salad
Snack- more almonds, apple, cow cheses, traderjoes mix
Started Paleo hardcore on Monday, but after a weekend of popcorn and beers. Also, we went out after the tunnel on Tuesday for BBQ and had the sauce and 3 barcardi/diets!
Monday

Paleo Ceaser Salad with cheese
lots of nuts
steak and veggies
no alcohol
Tues - 1 client meeting, 1 glass wine & cheese no bread
2 eggs
BBQ dinner, no bread or beans
3 cocktails though
Wed
no breakfest
ran with dog
client lunnch, did well, chicken salad no bread
