uh...yeah right! did #15 and orange band. Banged out 21 orange band's non-stop! then couldn't get through the 15 to save my life. weird. didn't finish.

WOD #2
10 rounds for time:
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55
10 Push Press
used #45 - not bad. Kept it moving at 3-4 reps by the end. good work out.

Tuesday Oct 4 - Been out of town forever! Just got back this weekend. Took everything in my power to get back in today...

This was not a good out of town trip, really hard to eat well, NO TIME to work out and I mean it! Facilitating from 6AM (3AM my time - FL) to 1AM for this boot camp for 6 days. Eating and drinking like shit. I finally gave up at pizza night when I litterally had no choice and was sick of protein bars. AAAHHH@#$#@#

Ok, back on. Nothing I can do about it now. Will really have to think about how to plan better next time...

Forgot to log Thurs, 9/8 first WOD back from Burning Man. Only took me 48hrs to get back...not bad.

Friday - did a remote wod at the house! 2 mile run, practicing! 50 sit ups 50 squats 50 pushups - first time I did at home! 4th workout that week - felt soooooo much better out friday night then I would have otherwise!

***This was super fun! Liked being able to move at your own pace and go back and forth. I am starting to love pullups! Need to keep practicing. I will get my first no-band pull up this year damn it! snake
