Run 650 times 2 - did not walk! was still WAY last!

Workout of the Day
Deadlift
3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1 last rounds 135 for 5 times each.. could go hire

2 Muscle-ups - sub 4 assisted MU's
4 Handstand Push-ups - sub 8 3-cushion HSPU's
8 Hang Snatch #95/65 - 35lbs

5 rounds and change.
