Ok, if we’re serious about doing this, we should agree on a couple things first:
1) we’re registering as a team, right? If so, what’s our team name (and we can be more creative that “LaLanne Fitness”... even “LaLanne’s Lunatics” would be better)
2) do we want to also commit to the charity part where we each raise $150 for wounded warrior?
As for training, I think above and beyond stamina workouts, we should add trail running. Running off-road is very different from running on-road. Maybe one Saturday a month we all head up to Marin and do some trail workouts?
