4:00 Costco shopping trip.

Purchased the following: 2 packs organic free range chicken thighs. 6 pack of ground beef chubs. 1 bag of spinach. 1 bag of red onions. 1 bag of (6) avocado. 12 pack of apples. Medium tomatoes. Tomato paste. 1 package of red grapes. 1 package of mushrooms.

Salsa (tomatoes, jalapenos, green onion, cillantro)
*Did dishes and prepped duck meat for later. Marinated it in olive oil, garlic, basil and Italian seasoning.

**Going grocery shopping tomorrow for veggies to balance out our meals. From now on food will be prepared ahead of time, placed in glassware, chopped/cut.

Diet has been lousy and inconsistent the past few days. CLEAN IT UP! Energy has been low and I'm sure its due to diet in addition to the excess light in the room. Now the sun doesn't set until 10-10:30 pm here and it starts coming up again at 5:45 or 6. We put up dark curtains yesterday. This should help me sleep better.
