10:00 Coffee Black

10:30 Tri-Tip/3 Organic Free Range Egg/Mushroom Omlette

1:15 1/2 Orange. Orange isn't ripe. Tastes bad.

3:00 4-6 o.z. flank steak
Asparagus/Onions/Bell Pepper
Handful Dark Chocolate Acai Berries
Avocado-1/2 of a whole avocado

4:00 Diet Coke

7:00 Spaghetti Squash
1/2 lb organic/grass fed beef
Stewed Tomatoes
(Portion was large b/c I was low on calories today) I didn't finish it though.

9:30 Handful Dark Chocoloate Acai Berries
Blueberries/Blackberries/Red Grapes

10:15 a.m.
Organic Free Range Chicken Thigh
1/2 Apple

1:15 Snack
Couple small handfuls of dark chocolate covered acai berries from Costco (Delicious!!)

1:45
4 o.z Steak
Mushrooms
1/2 Orange

5:30 (snack) 2 handfuls of Omega 3 mix from Good Food Store

8:30 Tri-Tip with no seasoning (basil)
Asparagus
Red Grapes

10:00 p.m. Blackberries
Blueberries
A Few Dark Chocolate Covered Acai Berries

It is now 8:05 p.m. and I find I am hungry. I needed a snack or meal between 2:15 and 6:30 and I am sure I would feel better and less hungry. I have not yet started using the Zone block system for portions. I have however been following Paleo. I brought the book home today to read through.

Problem solved. Small handful of pine nuts and 2 kiwis.
