won't even think about what I ate watching the game last night..... tasted damn good

BF- Coffee, Oatmeal, Berry's, Almonds

Lunch- Naan x2 (TJoes), egg beaters, turkey, avocado half

snack- nature valley granola bar, 2 laffy taffy's

dinner- 1 glass wine, cherries, clementine orange x2, seafood rice noodle soup (homemade)

tomorrow is better than today...
