Students unable to attend 20 rep back squat classes on dates listed below, are encouraged to make it happen on their own at an alternative location (fitness center, health club, etc…)
The program below sets a Tuesday/Friday or Monday/Thursday pattern, depending on the week. What if we don’t attend the classes on the assigned dates? Do we make up for a lost session by adding 10 lbs instead of 5? Other options?
