Pushups were tough and slow but i kept form and didn't worm out, so i will take my count of three cuz i didem right I have standards

However, last year I was struggling to get 1 rep in any given WOD, this year I feel way more able to participate. I look forward to progressing, growing, learning and getting stronger with the help of the crossfit community at Lalanne. Crossfit has changed my life in ways I never though possible. It has made me grow into a person i am comfortable with and love. I am no longer terrified by social situations, or afraid to do my best. Before I walked through the doors of Lalanne I felt like I had no friends, and constantly felt doomed by failure. Failure is only a option now if I refuse to try, now I try to remain open minded to the fact that I don't know it all. Today I will try my best, and I will do the same tomorrow.

T2B felt great my shoulder put up with the movement well. Weight was too heavy for me on the FS. Was not so in love with this workout. This felt like a workout for the ego maniacs cuz the RX was so heavy. I'm just going to keep eatin my humble pie and do what I can.

SUper fun in a sick way, key is to not mind fuck yourself and forget the fact that your quads are burning like hell, not to mention your shoulders. I feel like I could have gotten a few more if I had not shoes or socks on. Kicked off my shoes half way through and felt better. Thanks Maribel for being a great judge!

I don't have the coordination to do the PJ smoothly and its messing me up. Thanks Scott for the pointer, and thanks Sarah for pointing out that I was doing a PP not a PJ. Shoulder felt okay, still need to find some tight spots that are hurting my mobility.

85# felt great, need to lean better math skills the first round i had #95 on the bar. Amy made a great suggestion that i practice the MU progression instead of not doing any MU attempts. I'm sold and want to get a MU soon! This was a big help to get a good feel for the movement. Thank you Amy!!

yikes! Last time i did this I had strep throat and I was in Pittsburgh where the weather was hot and sticky and my time was 5 min faster. The difference this time was all about having good form. My push-ups are now "real" push-ups, but still a little slow. Good times, got into that meditative zone for a min.

I have to say it was a good group and great organization. My only beef was that I had to stop a few times to read the board because it was too dark out for me to read it from where I was working out. I have a feeling my time would have been faster if I didn't stop to read what move was next.

HUGE Success!! I have not been able to do snatches for almost a year without lots of pain. Today I had no pain and lifted consistently 60% of my body weight! And I did the WOD too! Thanks Sarah and Rob for helping me through, thank you for your coaching and suggestions to work through the frustration, your Sunday class is a vital part of my training.
