If you buy the “mini-gym” as I have done… I’ve found the best prices at a place called Wright Rubber.  They’ve got a great website, but once you find what you like, call or email Jason Hughes, he’ll give you a good deal on shipping.  For example, for my wife I just bought 15lbs bar, muscle clamps, a pair of 15lbs plates & 20lbs ball, the total shipping he charged me was $20. (disclaimer - I don’t know this guy personally or know anyone who does - just found him on the web)

What would you include in a mini home gym-appropriate, for example, for a second home when there is no CrossFit around?
Thank you.
